How do I locate the " Screening ID Number" on my Invitation?

The Screening ID Number is an eight digit number preceded by two letters, for example "US12345678". This number is the only way that you can register for a particular screening. You must enter it exactly as it appears on the invitation. You can find it directly below the web address on your invitation.

Why can't I login?

There are many possible reasons why you may not be able to log on to your MovieGoer account. The first thing that you should do is make sure that you are using the same email address that you used to create your account. The second issue may be your Privacy Settings. These settings determine which websites are allowed to use cookies and other website programming techniques. MovieView Online does not use cookies, but we do use the Session variable to temporarily store your account information while you are registering for a screening. See the section titled "How do I enable cookies for www.mymovieview.com?"

How do I enable cookies for mymovieview.com?

You may be having a problem using the MovieView Online website if your Privacy Settings are set to High. This is a good standard setting for Internet Explorer, but you will have to allow certain websites to write cookies if you want to use them. Here's how: on the Internet Explorer Status Bar (at the bottom of the window), find the icon that looks like an "eye with a red circle" and double click on it:

The Privacy Report dialog box will appear. Double click on either entry that starts with "http://www.mymovieview.com".

The Privacy Policy will appear. At the bottom of this dialog box, click the option that says, "Always allow this site to use cookies."

Seating is not guaranteed and you may be turned away at the sole discretion of Nielsen and its participating clients. If turned away, we may offer you an alternative complimentary screening at the same location at our discretion.

No one in the entertainment industry or media is allowed to attend and we ask that you honor this restriction. This is a private consumer research event.

No one will be admitted who appears to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, improperly dressed or indigent. Anyone creating a disturbance or interfering with the enjoyment of other audience members will be removed.

You may not bring recording devices of any kind (audio or video including cell phones) into the auditorium. By attending you consent to a physical search of your belongings and person. Please assist us by leaving all handbags and cell phones in your vehicle. If you must bring a non-camera enabled cell phone in to the auditorium please silence the device.

A security staff will be monitoring the auditorium for un-authorized recording during the screening. Any attempt to use a recording device during the event will result in your immediate removal from the theater by security, forfeiture of your recording device and potential civil and criminal prosecution.

As an audience member at this screening you may also be part of an authorized recording of the event. This recording is for both security and research purposes. By your presence you give unqualified consent to the production, its agents and licensees to use the recording of your person and appearance and your reactions for its review in any manner in connection with the purpose of this recruited screening. If you wish to avoid the possibility of being recorded and or filmed, please do not attend this screening.
