How do I locate the " Screening ID Number" on my Invitation?

The Screening ID Number is an eight digit number preceded by two letters, for example "US12345678". This number is the only way that you can register for a particular screening. You must enter it exactly as it appears on the invitation. You can find it directly below the web address on your invitation.

Why can't I login?

There are many possible reasons why you may not be able to log on to your MovieGoer account. The first thing that you should do is make sure that you are using the same email address that you used to create your account. The second issue may be your Privacy Settings. These settings determine which websites are allowed to use cookies and other website programming techniques. MovieView Online does not use cookies, but we do use the Session variable to temporarily store your account information while you are registering for a screening. How do I enable cookies for mymovieview.com?

You may be having a problem using the MovieView Online website if your Privacy Settings are set to High. This is a good standard setting for Internet Explorer, but you will have to allow certain websites to write cookies if you want to use them. Here's how: on the Internet Explorer Status Bar (at the bottom of the window), find the icon that looks like an "eye with a red circle" and double click on it:

The Privacy Report dialog box will appear. Double click on either entry that starts with "http://www.mymovieview.com".

The Privacy Policy will appear. At the bottom of this dialog box, click the option that says, "Always allow this site to use cookies."
